Why I’m inside on the first nice day in awhile…
hey it's nice out! let's go to WordCamp... inside all day
I’m at WordCamp Vancouver 2010, being held at the Vancouver Museum in Kits. Beautiful location – reminds me of all the times we would visit the Planetarium when I was a kid and I would beg to have my picture taken with the crab sculpture outside. I’m here today to fill my head with tons of WP info so I can continue in my quest to understand how to use this awesome platform better and hopefully someday (soon) design for it. That’s my goal. I can wrap a nice, pre-made theme around it but am a little intimidated by the design framework. Hopefully today will help me continue to hack away at my intimidation!
On to the next session – John Biehler on WordPress Development platforms, which I did hear him talk about at Fraser Valley WordCamp, so here’s hoping it sinks in this time!!
